Alice Lunedei

Originally from Italy ,she started her dance career at Academia Internazionale Coreutica in Florence, where she graduated. During this 6 years of professional training she has been traveling all around the world due to several dance competitions and apprenticeships.

In 2014 she joined for 3 weeks the Royal Ballet of Flanders in Antwerp and she performed the Don Quixote.

Furthermore in 2016 she joined for one month the Koblenz Ballet company.

After she performed at the Winter palace in St. Petersburg, she won the 2nd prices in classical and contemporary categories and directly accepted to the final round of the competition in New York where unfortunately she had a very bad injury. Thanks to that she discovered the benefits of Gyrotonic and she decided to study this new method in order to become a Gyrotonic teacher and help other people to prevent injuries.

When she understood that her body was not the same as before the accident and she wouldn’t be able anymore to achieve her goals, she decided to share her passion and artistry to other people; reason why she started teaching ballet classes to kids and adults.

Nowadays Alice is a young, disciplined and patient teacher with strong creativity and knowledge of the body in the basis of dance. Every time she has the chance to teach, her aims are to make the kids grow and express themselves through ballet.
